Hello, I’m Peter.

I help people and small businesses who find themselves at a fork in the road on their journey to success.

I’ve travelled some winding routes myself.

I’m a former hydrographic surveyor, a role that took me from coldest Russia to boat chases with the coast guard of Equatorial Guinea.

After a few too many Christmases away, I came back to the UK and created Precise Consultants. We’re a global hydrographic consultancy helping clients find the best people for the most challenging roles in the offshore world.

We’ve gone from 2 to 25 people in our team, with offices in London and Singapore.

Now I take all those bruising lessons learned and hard yards stomped, crunch them all up and use them in my coaching practice.

There, I’m pretty craft-focused and people-centric.

What does that mean?

Well, I create a space for people to dig deep into the work they do and create an environment where challenges faced can be stared down and tackled, head on.  

I want people to leave our sessions thinking: “Now I know what I need to do”.

Practical stuff, not fluff.

Maybe it’s deeper culture building that needs exploring, or just helping unstick what’s stuck to help progress careers, or we’ll crack a formula to find funding for a Big Leap forward.  

I find that just being curious is a good place to start.
